## 1. Shipment Processing Time

* Processing window: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
* Schedule: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
* Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

## 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

* Shipping cost: Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
* Delivery time: Once processed, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

## 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

* Tracking email: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
* Tracking activation: The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.

## 4. Shipping Restrictions

* US only: We currently do not ship to international addresses, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

## 5. Damages and Issues

* Reporting damage: Trendymall.co is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
* Preparation: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
